My dear friend Pam challenged me to use this paper. It is rather traditional so I was out of my comfort zone. The stamp images were a separate piece of paper that I cutout and 3D on top. But the part I love the most is what I wrote on the inside and it goes like this:
"Although in Theory, I know I am all grown up. But, I am very tempted to try writing a letter to Santa, Just One More Time...Feel the Magic of Believing in your Heart - Merry Christmas."
Now off to do some baking...got to get stuff mailed to my son, Norman. He is in the Navy and out to sea.

Watercolor Fun
I have such a love for watercolor, thought I would share with you my latest creation. I bought this stamp 2 or 3 years ago with the idea in my head. Well, last night it became a reality. I embossed the image with chocolate tinsel embossing powder from Judikins and let my imagination run wild with SU watercolor crayons. The papers are SU In Colors Dusty Durango and Crushed Curry and Chocolate Chip. The words are from Hero Arts. Hope you enjoy!Tuesday, December 1, 2009
10 Minute Card
I have been working on my "Kiss" technique. (Keep It Simple Sister!) It's not as easy as it seems. I would love to challenge all of you to try making a 10 minute card. Yes, I would advise you to set the timer......or you will go over the time limit.
I used the Patterened Pines Hostess set from the Holiday Mini. The paper is Taken With Teal and Silver Metallic. The snowflakes are embossed in white. The words are from a retired set (sorry, they just matched perfect.) The silver elastic cording is also from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I also accented the pines and words with Dazzeling Diamonds.

Medallion Cards
I had a wonderful play date with Susanna H. on her Birthday. We played and played until we were wore out. She is such excellent company. When she left we had played a lot but didn't have any finished products, so I put these together this morning and I am very pleased. Hope all of you out there are having a great day. If you are interested in the how to do this, give me a call.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Yesterdays yard sale was very successful, thanks to all of you. It was so much fun making new friends and catching up with some of you I haven't seen in a long time. It's great to see the winter visitors coming back and the hibernating locals getting out of the airconditioning.
